It's a common trait I have been noticing among sensitive people: we tend to be hard on ourselves... but it doesn't have to be that way! It comes from childhood programming (past lives too sometimes) and wounds.
I'm inviting you to journal about this "how can I love myself more" and have an idea of what you need.
Then each day when you wake up, ask yourself what you can do to love yourself more today and I can assure you that you will find a way.
It doesn't have to be something big, it can be a simple act of self-love: going for a walk, sitting outside for a minute, cooking a healthy meal (you don't want any fast food mela, babe), do your nails... it can even be to say something nice to yourself...
