If I would tell you during a session that you need to be aware and mindful of your thoughts and energy and consciously choose what you engage in, and then you'd see me post pictures of myself eating junk food in front of a horror movie, would you question my tips or my reasons for recommending this?
Disclaimer: There is nothing wrong with doing any of these things — this is YOUR life, and you get to choose how to spend your time and what brings you joy!
As a personal development coach and spiritual teacher, I choose to follow some rules of energy and spiritual hygiene for myself because that is what have proven to make a difference in my own life.
During a session, I give advice and recommendations according to what I know & from experience but I never tell anyone "you should do this" - I'm not here to direct your life or take your free will away, I'm here to bring awareness.
YOU choose what you want to do for yourself or not, if you resonate or not.
Some might think I'm strict, I don't feel that way, I just make conscious choices and that's how I feel good to live my life. I always bring changes as I evolve and that's how I believe one can make the most of life. Someone I shared my life with used to say "you have discipline and I respect that" and that hit home... I hadn't realized... discipline... yes... or self-responsibility... because if you don't have discipline, if you don't take responsibility for yourself, who else will? If you indulge in things you know will make you feel like shit just because they feel good for a few seconds, why would you do that to yourself?
It's a matter of choice: what do you choose? Do you choose to indulge? or do you choose the path to self-mastery? Once again, there is NO right or wrong, it's all a matter of choice.
Talking about healthy food and vibration - did you know that I have freebies available to get you started?
