It's a team work - you will always hear me say this. Awesome things happen when you and I combine our efforts and energies in helping you achieve your desired results.
But as I also always say, I don't have a magic wand, you also need to do your part. If you're on a diet and decide to run for 10km to lose weight and you treat yourself with some junk food as a reward for your hard work... it's counterproductive, right? It's exactly the same with a healing session: if you go back to your old habits, you'll be facing your old patterns.
You always need to be involved in your own healing process, you owe it to yourself, you are the master of your destiny, I'm here as a way-shower and catalyst.
