You can meditate with your rose quartz in your hand or lie down and place on your heart chakra and ask your crystal to heal you healing whatever you need support to heal at that moment in time. Allow yourself to experience, receive the frequency and energy of unconditional love. You can also place it under your pillow at night. It will also help you increase your self-love level.
