What you can do when self-doubt kicks in
Have you ever thought of a goal you want to achieve, of how good you'd feel once you'll have achieved it and then usually this is followed by a sinking feeling in your stomach or the famous "but what if I don't succeed" or "how on Earth am I going to do this?"...
Here's a quick tip: when this self-doubt kicks in, become aware of it, notice your body language, focus on the tension you're feeling and exhale it consciously, talk to yourself and be present, remind yourself that it's not your mind who runs the show... Your heart does... if your mind would tell your heart to stop beating or your lungs to stop breathing, do you think your mind would win? of course not...
